Nasi Lemak Pandan Basmati - (Saturday takeaway - pick up directly from Unit 21, Bicester Business Park)

Basmati rice cooked with coconut milk, ginger, fragrant screwpine leaves juice and coconut oil, served with sambal (cooked chilli paste with onion, garlic, dried shrimps, tamarind), half boiled eggs, fried anchovies and peanuts and cucumber slices. Only available for Saturday takeaway when we open to public (as this will be cooked on the day) - pick up from our central kitchen production site.
